The 2 intertwined c’s are a iconic alone. But knowing about the woman behind it all, Coco Chanel, and the empire that is embedded forever in the fashion world, you’ll gain even more appreciation.
In my eyes, you can’t get anymore chic than Chanel. From its signature tweeds, pearls and quilted patterns, Chanel shows that you don’t have to have a collection of crazy or outrageous colors or prints in order to make a loud fashion statement. The inherent brand is something we know and something we trust with quality and luxury.
I received my very first bottle of the famous Chanel No. 5 perfume last Christmas. As I indulged in the fresh, light, sweet and feminine fragrance, it instantly became my go-to scent for everyday wear. I tried to stretch out my bottle as long as I could and as I came to my last “pump” I’ve become reminded everyday of how much I’d love another (current Christmas list *hints*).
Chanel is sticking with their innovation. They’re giving the history behind their most famous product in an interesting way through video. Its so alluring that it sucks you in the minute you press play. So go ahead…try it for the first time.
